2. Eligibility for Refunds

 

2.1 Service-Based Refunds

 

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:A service was not delivered as agreed in the contract or booking confirmation.A service was cancelled by J&B Medical and Security Services Limited.A material failure occurred in the delivery of the service due to our error.

 

2.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances

 

Refunds will not be issued for: Client cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled service unless otherwise stated in an agreed contract.Situations where the service was delivered in full but did not meet subjective expectations not outlined in the agreement.Any third-party fees or materials already purchased on behalf of the client.

 

3. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel a booking with at least 7 Days notice for a full refund or credit.Cancellations made within 5 days may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion anything less than 5 days will be NON REFUNDABLE.

 

For long-term contracts, cancellation terms will follow the terms agreed within the service contract.
